We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. At British Paws, we stand behind the quality of our curated collections.

1. 14-Day Return Window You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Damaged or Wrong Items Please inspect your order upon reception. We will evaluate the situation and make it right by sending a replacement at no extra cost.

3. Return Process To start a return, please contact our support team. Please note that for change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our designated inspection address.

4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
