How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey right to your doorstep.

What is your return policy? We offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at hello@britishpaws.uk within 14 days of receiving your item to start a return. Please note that for hygiene reasons, products that have been used on animals cannot be returned unless they are defective.
